Andrea Fiaschetti is a seasoned technology and healthcare operations professional with 20 years of experience in the healthcare and financial services industries. Throughout her career, Andrea has partnered with organizations including Highmark Wholecare, Goldman Sachs, and HSBC, delivering strategic solutions that strengthen data accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and reduce organizational costs. Andrea works closely with our team, health insurance carriers, and technology partners to ensure accurate data and reporting while helping agents effectively leverage our technology platforms to better serve their clients.

Since entering the insurance industry in 2019, Caitlin Bendigo now plays an active role in the operational and strategic growth of MPC Insurance Group.

Licensed in insurance and Medicare products, Caitlin primarily focuses on agency operations, compliance, marketing strategy, lead generation, and workflow development. Her work is centered around improving internal processes, supporting scalable growth, and enhancing the overall client and agent experience.

She also assists with community outreach initiatives, educational programming, and partnership development throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Outside the office, Caitlin enjoys fitness, coaching soccer, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and dog.

Mr. Brouse brings over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry, having held leadership roles in Medicare sales and marketing with both Highmark and Capital Blue Cross. Licensed in Health and Life insurance, he has extensive expertise in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans, prescription drug coverage, and annuities. His broad knowledge allows him to help clients navigate retirement planning with confidence, ensuring they have the right protection and income strategies in place. 

Thirty years of extensive experience in healthcare management. Licensed insurance professional with specialized certifications to assist seniors in selecting Medicare plans tailored to their needs. Additionally, certified to guide clients through the Pennsylvania State (Pennie) and National health insurance exchanges, ensuring they receive comprehensive support in navigating their health insurance options.

Two years of experience in health insurance. Licensed in Life and Health, Certified in Medicare with extensive knowledge of health insurance and Medicare products.

With over 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry, I bring a deep understanding of coverage options and a passion for helping individuals find the right protection for their needs.  I am licensed and certified in both Health and Life Insurance, specializing as a Medicare agent.  In addition to Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans, I also work with cancer policies, hospital indemnity plans, and ACA health plans through Pennie.

Over 35 years experience in health insurance working as a Principal in a large group benefits company. Licensed in Health and Life with extensive knowledge of Long-term care, health insurance, and Medicare products.

Over 32 years of experience in health insurance. Geri received her BS in Marketing from Shippensburg University and Former Account Executive for Highmark Blue Shield. Licensed in Health certified in Medicare with extensive knowledge of health insurance and Medicare products.

Glorianna Hita-Vargas is a licensed insurance agent and certified Medicare broker with extensive experience helping clients navigate complex insurance options. She has been part of MPC Insurance Group’s team since 2019. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Glorianna is committed to serving diverse communities with clarity, professionalism, and care. In addition to holding multiple certifications in the insurance industry, she also holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, bringing a unique legal perspective to every client’s interaction. Whether assisting individuals with Medicare plans or guiding them through comprehensive insurance strategies, Glorianna's expertise ensures clients receive personalized, compliant, and effective coverage solutions.

Over 35 years of experience in the technology field. Mark is a U.S. Navy Veteran and a former technology executive at Capital Blue Cross and Highmark Blue Shield. Over 25 years of health plan experience, licensed in Health and Life and Certified in Long-Term Care and Medicare. Extensive knowledge of Health insurance processes and technology.
