MPC Insurance Group will provide education sessions for Medicare-eligible employees at the employer’s location, in a virtual setting, or through our Employee Education Center. We provide a thorough overview of Medicare to eliminate confusion and help employees make an informed decision about their health care coverage. As a result, many employees will choose to enroll in Medicare once they are fully educated. In addition, it provides excellent coverage for the employee and potential cost savings for the employer.
Employee Support
MPC Insurance Group will meet one on one with employees who desire to pursue obtaining coverage through Medicare. MPC Insurance Group will evaluate the employee’s needs, process enrollment forms, and provide post-enrollment support to the employee, all at no cost to the employee or employer.
Employer Support
MPC Insurance Group will be available for any questions an HR representative may have regarding Medicare coverage, Medicare eligibility, etc. In addition, MPC Insurance Group will provide materials to HR to deliver to retiring employees or employees turning 65 and desiring to explore Medicare coverage options. If an employee decides to choose Medicare coverage, MPC Insurance Group will provide reporting back to the employer for information purposes generally used when the employer is renewing their group health plan coverage.
